Key Appraisal Services is your single contact for all your real estate appraisal needs. We have provided high quality real estate appraisal services in the down state part of New York. Over the years we have expanded that model to provide national services with a local touch. Real estate appraisals is our only business. This focused expertise coupled with the real people approach to the process has made it possible for us to be excelling in this field for over 15 years.

We are a firm of appraisers managed by appraisers. As national regulations change we continue to tailor our services to be all-inclusive for our client’s needs. We are fully compliant with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and provide the built-in firewalls necessary to insure against undue influence coercion of appraisers as well as providing extensive quality control review by personnel with more than 15 years’ experience.

Reviewers are continually trained on specific client Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USPAP requirements. This department works closely with the senior appraisers. In addition, on staff is a certified New York State Department of State in uniform standards of professional appraisal practice USPAP instructor.

We conduct regular training education classes for our staff and appraisers alike. Our office is staffed with customer service representatives from 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday to assist clients and management staff with any appraisal issues or questions.
